Make a random written list of answers to the following questions:
  • What things are not working in my life?
  • What things do I want to have presently that I don't have?
  • What things do I want to do presently that I'm not doing?
  • What things do I want to stop that keep continuing?
  • What things do I want to start that I can’t get started?
  • What do I want to be and am not yet?
  • What major decisions do I need to make?
  • What things am I avoiding?

Exercise 2 - Health Goals

  • Are you pleased with your physical appearance? Yes or No
  • When was the last time you exercised? What did you do?
  • What kinds of physical activities do you enjoy doing with family and friends?
  • How do you spend your solitary time?
  • When was the last time you had a physical exam?
  • How much do you weigh? What is your BMI? (Body Mass Index)
  • How much time do you spend stretching each week?
  • How important to you is your health? [low 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 high]
