Achievement Coach

As an Achievement Coach you support and inspire your team to achieve enrollment targets and to reach their personal life goals. You must possess personal accountability; maintain high personal standards, organization and time management skills. You must be willing to expand and develop meaningful personal and professional relationships in order to achieve the organizational vision and mission.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Administrator and your team to achieve goals
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Coordinate/Promote/Execute external and internal events
  • Host and provide an exceptional introductory experience on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, writing and analytical skills
  • Energetic, attractive personality, ambitious with ability to be coached
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and develop relationships
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment with emphasis on personal accountability and goal achievement
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Administrator

As the Administrator you have overall responsibility for ensuring a successful seminar with the highest of standards. Each seminar provides opportunities for you to put your developed skills to the test. Your responsibility is to oversee this process.

  • Establish business partnerships and create individual relationships in the community
  • Work closely with Achievements in achieving key targets
  • Establish, manage and execute daily introduction workshops
  • Assist in the coordination, promotion and execution of internal marketing events
  • Recruit and manage part time staff
  • Maintain and report daily statistics

Requirements:

College degree preferred but not required, excellent verbal, written and analytical skills are essential. Facilitator

As a Facilitator you support and inspire an entire team to achieve results in every aspect of their life. You must have achieved high levels of personal success, accountability, high personal standards, and organization and time management skills. You must be willing to be the example for your team with full passion to live the purpose and mission of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with the Administrator and Coaches to achieve enrollment goals
  • Schedule and manage coaching sessions
  • Coordinate/Promote/Execute external and internal events
  • Host and provide exceptional introductory experiences on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • Extensive experiential facilitation, verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Energetic, attractive personality, ambitious with the ability to be a coach
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and develop relationships
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment with emphasis on personal accountability and goal achievement
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
